The Reunion Group has for years chosen to market its services to consumers primarily using mailings. We employ a variety of Gramm-Leach-Bliley compliant marketing strategies — solo mailings, statement inserts, in-bound telemarkeing, email, web links, etc. — that generate substantial income to our clients while resulting in cancellation rates and customer service activity far lower than industry norms. And all marketing is done entirely at our expense. Our clients have no cost or risk — ever.


 

Clients work with The Reunion Group because of its programs ... its innovative marketing concepts... its customer service excellence. Those are their primary motives. But at the same time, they also generate significant income.

When we market one of our programs to a client's customers, we use a variety of marketing campaigns... including direct mail, in-bound telemarketing, email and web links... to generate enrollments and the membership revenues generated from them. Clients receive a substantial portion of those revenues (despite the fact that we, not our clients, pay all marketing costs). Each marketing effort is reconciled. Reports on response rates and commission income are generated. Clients are paid promptly, on a timely basis, and in full.
