Privacy Policy

We value our customers and share their concerns about privacy. We hope that this notice, which describes our use and protection of nonpublic personal information ("customer information"), will help summarize how we treat the customer information that we obtain from various sources in the course of providing our services. Generally speaking....

* We respect customer privacy and protect customer information.

* We do not sell customer information.

* We do not share customer information with persons, companies, or outside organizations that would use that information to contact customers about purchasing their own products and services (unless customers have asked us to do so, of course).

We expect persons or organizations that provide outsourced services on our behalf to keep customer information confidential and to use it only to provide the services we've asked them to perform.

Below we've provided answers to certain questions regarding privacy issues.

What kind of customer information do we have and where did we get it?

Much of the customer information that we have comes directly from customers. Customers give some of this information to us (like name, address, etc.) on applications or requests for the services we offer. We also keep information about the types of products and services customers purchase from us, as well as such things as customer credit card account numbers.

Depending on the nature of the transaction customers are completing with us, customers may be asked to provide information to us or other entities working on our behalf. The kinds of customer information could include: information we receive from customers on applications or other forms, such as name, address, and account numbers, and information about credit card loss (if customers report such a card loss to us), and certain security information (such as city of birth).

What do we do with customer information?

We do not sell customer information to anyone. Nor do we share it with outside companies or organizations that would use that information to contact customers about their own products and services unless, of course, that product or service was included as part of a membership purchased by a customer from us. If that practice were ever to change, we would, of course, offer customers the ability to opt out of this type of information sharing. We would offer customers this opt-out with ample time to respond before the change in our practice took place.

We may use customer information to communicate with customers about products, features, and options in which customers have expressed an interest or that we believe may be of interest to customers. To transact business on customers' behalf, we may find it necessary to provide customer information, without authorization but only as permitted or required by law, to persons or organizations both inside and outside of our organization (for example, outsource companies that perform services on our behalf).

How do we protect customer information?

When we share customer information with outsource companies working on our behalf, we expect those companies to use that information only to provide the service we have asked them to perform. Within our own organization, customer information is available to those individuals who may need to see it to fulfill and service the needs of our customers. We have communicated regarding the need to protect customer information to employees and agents, especially those individuals who have access to it.

Finally, should a customer's relationship with us end, that customer information will continue to be protected in a manner similar to that outlined in this Privacy Policy.

How can customers find out what information we have?

Customers may request to obtain from us by mail the customer information about them in our records. If customers believe that information is incomplete or inaccurate, they may request that we make any necessary corrections, additions or deletions to the disputed customer information. To fulfill their request, we may make arrangements with an outside organization to copy and disclose customer information to them on our behalf. Please send any such requests in writing to: The Reunion Group, Inc., 17 West Las Olas Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301
